When will I get my boots?
This depends on two things:
- When we send the boots;
- How we send the boots.
WHEN will you send my boots?
We add your order details to the system the same day we receive them.
If what you have ordered is in stock, we send them the same or next working day.
If what you have ordered is NOT in stock, we place an order with the factory.
This will add a delay of up to six weeks before we can send your boots.
HOW will you send my boots?
This is more or less up to you. When you order your boots, you specify one of three options:

- Standard/Airmail
- This is INCLUDED in the list price of your boots, you pay no extra.
In the UK, we send the boots
First Class Recorded, and for Europe and the rest of the world we use Airmail.
- Priority Airmail (Outside UK only)
- This costs you £4 (about $7) extra per pair.
We send your boots via a priority service that typically
saves at least two days.
- Deliver By Date (Cost Varies)
- You tell us a date you want to receive the boots by, and we use the cheapest method to send them to you.
Just put the standard price on the order form, and if we need to use a faster method, we will charge you the
extra automatically (you must be paying by some form of card, however, not a cheque). In the UK, we will use
Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) if we need to, and will charge you an extra £1.50. For Europe and the
rest of the world, we will use Priority if we need to, and charge you an extra £4. We will NEVER use a courier
without checking with you first.
If you want us to use a courier, we can arrange this. Please contact us via E-mail or Telephone, and we will
get a quote for you. For some parts of the world, we cannot get a next day courier.

Within the UK, we simply use first class Royal Mail, which results in
next day delivery 95% of the time. For all other locations, we use Airmail, with typical
delivery times of less than 6 days for Europe and less than 12 days for Rest of World.
This service is included in the list prices shown in
the catalogue and is what we always use to send your boots unless you specify one of
the other options. |

Only available outside the UK. We send your boots via a priority service that delivers a
little faster than normal Airmail.This service costs an extra £4 (about $7).
We will use this if necessary to fulfill a 'Delivery By Date' order, and charge you the extra. |
