- Visa or Mastercard
- Simply enter your card details on the Order Form before Sending or FAXing it to us. Or call us.
- Switch/Solo or Delta Debit Card
- Exactly as for credit cards, just enter your account details onto the orderform or we can take
them over the phone if you place an order that way. We MUST have the Issue Number for Switch/Solo Cards.
- International Money Order
- The IMO must be made payable to 'Kavort Ltd.' and be made out in Pounds Sterling.
- Cheque/Postal Order Drawn on a UK Bank
- We can accept cheques that are drawn on any UK bank, so long as they are written out in Pounds Sterling.
For our overseas customers, you should note that many large oversease banks (particularly in the US)
have arrangements with banks in the UK that will allow them to write up such a cheque for you, although
you may need to pay them a fee for this. Please ensure cheques are payable to 'Kavort Ltd.'
- Cheque drawn on a non-UK bank
- This is the least ideal option. However, we can accept cheques from non-UK banks.
They must be written in Pounds Sterling, and WE CHARGE AN EXTRA 7 (SEVEN) POUNDS FOR THIS
WHICH YOU MUST ADD TO THE COST OF YOUR ORDER.
- Cash On Delivery
- We cannot send goods for Cash on Delivery. Sorry

- Online
- You can submit your order via an online orderform. Please leave your e-mail address on the form,
as we will e-mail you to verify your order details are correct. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo or Delta this way.
- FAX
- You can print out our Order Form, fill it in, then FAX it to us on (+44) 1753 575592. You can use Visa, Mastercard,
Switch, Solo or Delta this way.
- Normal Post
- You can print out our Order Form, fill it in, and post it to us along with your payment. The address is given
on the Order Form itself. This is the only method you can use if you are paying by Cheque or International Money Order.
- Telephone
- We can be reached on (+44) 701 0703 777. You will quite probably get an answerphone if you call
from outside Europe as we are only open for 8 hours a day, in which case make sure to leave all the
details asked for on the Order Form.
- Festivals
- We currently do not have any plans to attend any festivals this year.
